Your Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer questions and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to have a positive attitude, be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated, and have experience working with computers. In this position you will learn about solar energy and software for design.

PVComplete is a solar software and engineering company with office in Portugal and California. PVComplete builds a design and engineering software used by solar companies big and small. At PVComplete we are passionate about solar energy and seek candidates who share our goals to change the way the world’s energy is produced.


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through email, web conference, chat.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues on the sales and software teams as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.


  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers and social media.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Passionate about solutions to climate change
